Context Windranger is a product lab working on the BitDAO ecosystem. You can read more about us here. Over the next few years, BitDAO intends to secure a handful of large partnerships (on the scale of zkSync, Game7, BitNetwork). As proposed by one of BitDAOās core contributors, BitDAO is looking to build a chain (BITNetwork) that: uses $BIT as a native token; is EVM compatible; and optimized for high throughput dapps such as derivatives dexes and gaming.
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šDevelop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. šAssist in drafting and updating company policies. šManage new employee contract signing and onboarding processes. šDevelop and implement onboarding programs for new hires. šRecruit new employees and maintain the LinkedIn recruiting page. šProcess crypto payments and implement tools for payment tracking. šMaintain employee, company, financial and other records. šTrack and manage budgets for the operations department. šPrepare and deliver regular budget reports. šTroubleshoot operational problems to ensure efficient processes. šPerform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
šDegree in business management, finance, legal. š3+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, people management, finance, legal. šFamiliarity with LinkedIn recruiting tools and Boolean search techniques. šExperience in budgeting, including the ability to plan, track, and manage budgets effectively. šStrong administrative and organisational skills. šProficiency in managing and maintaining data records. šComfortable working with digital payment tools (e.g., crypto wallets or fintech platforms). šExcellent written and verbal communication skills. šTech savvy with strong attention to detail. šSelf starter able to work independently.
