Responsibilities

šŸ“Facilitate/conduct all workforce administration processes in accordance with SLA - onboarding/off-boarding, probation management, employment verification, contract & document management, etc šŸ“Handle employee inquiries as tier 1 support and maintain inquiry FAQ to establish the knowledge database šŸ“Employee timesheet, leave administration, compensation data collection for payroll processing šŸ“Enrollment and termination for commercial insurance šŸ“Support on international assignment or relocation, work with Global šŸ“Mobility team on visa/immigration service, provide guidance and support on employeesā€™ lodging, kidsā€™ education, culture adoption etc., and facilitate the repatriation process šŸ“Maintenance of employee and organization data in the HR Information System, and generate HR function data dashboards and reports šŸ“Manage the quality control process in order to ensure that the HR operation services meet employee expectations as well as comply with local labor laws and legislations šŸ“Ensure the improvement and optimization of the administration processes, including systems and tooling šŸ“Manage and execute regular and off-cycle payroll activities, monitor end-to-end payroll process and be responsible for payroll validation to ensure accuracy and compliance šŸ“Design payroll service delivery and employee support framework to address business concerns and employeesā€™ inquiries šŸ“Manage, assess, and control payroll related vendors, able to identify all discrepancies in vendorā€™s report. Be responsible for the vendor onboarding/termination process šŸ“Execute annual payroll activities like audit, payroll calendar release, bonus payment, merit increase, etc šŸ“Work with payroll vendors for newly opened countries payroll setup šŸ“Suggest and participate payroll related projects, like process harmonization, payroll reports integration, payroll date clean-up etc šŸ“Bachelorā€™s degree holder with major in a relevant discipline šŸ“At least 3ā€“5 years of experience in HR Operation or Shared Services with end-to-end payroll experience. šŸ“Experience in a big MNC or fast-growing tech company is a plus šŸ“Fluent French speaker with good command of English, both written and spoken to support local operations šŸ“Easy-going, willing to accept change and customer oriented šŸ“Can work under high pressure and handle multiple tasks šŸ“Excellent project management and attention to detail šŸ“Strong analytical and problem-solving skills šŸ“Proficient with Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite or related software
