Join us as a Technical Product Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing technical service providers, coordinating projects, and ensuring seamless communication between internal stakeholders. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve overseeing the development of Arbitrum, managing internal databases, and driving special initiatives. Your Responsibilities
šStrategic HR Leadership: Lead and develop HR strategies that align with the organizationās business goals, fostering a positive work culture and ensuring effective talent management practices. šTeam Management & Development: Oversee and mentor the HR team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to enhance team performance and HR service delivery. šEmployee Relations & Engagement: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and support initiatives that promote employee satisfaction, retention, and engagement. šPerformance Management: Oversee performance appraisal processes, ensuring effective feedback systems, goal setting, and employee development programs are in place. šPolicy & Compliance Management: Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company standards. šCompensation & Benefits: Manage compensation strategies, benefit programs, and ensure that these align with industry standards and contribute to employee satisfaction. šTraining & Development: Identify skill gaps and partner with leadership to design and implement training and development programs that enhance employee performance and career growth. šData-Driven Decision Making: Utilize HR metrics and data to inform decision-making processes, improve HR strategies, and track organizational trends such as turnover, retention, and employee satisfaction. šChange Management: Support organizational change initiatives by leading communication efforts and ensuring smooth transitions through effective people management practices.
What Youāll Need
š5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or management role. šProven track record in managing HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and HR policies. šDeep knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions šExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. šAdaptability to changing business needs, with a proactive and flexible approach to challenges. šProficiency in HR software (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with payroll and benefits systems a plus. šExperience within Web3, blockchain, or tech-driven organizations
