Join us as a Technical Product Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing technical service providers, coordinating projects, and ensuring seamless communication between internal stakeholders. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve overseeing the development of Arbitrum, managing internal databases, and driving special initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our technical and DAO teams, contributing to multiple projects that shape the future of decentralized technology.

šŸ“Strategic HR Leadership: Lead and develop HR strategies that align with the organization’s business goals, fostering a positive work culture and ensuring effective talent management practices. šŸ“Team Management & Development: Oversee and mentor the HR team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to enhance team performance and HR service delivery. šŸ“Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and support initiatives that promote employee satisfaction, retention, and engagement. šŸ“Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal processes, ensuring effective feedback systems, goal setting, and employee development programs are in place. šŸ“Policy & Compliance Management: Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company standards. šŸ“Compensation & Benefits: Manage compensation strategies, benefit programs, and ensure that these align with industry standards and contribute to employee satisfaction. šŸ“Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and partner with leadership to design and implement training and development programs that enhance employee performance and career growth. šŸ“Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize HR metrics and data to inform decision-making processes, improve HR strategies, and track organizational trends such as turnover, retention, and employee satisfaction. šŸ“Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by leading communication efforts and ensuring smooth transitions through effective people management practices.

What You’ll Need

šŸ“5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or management role. šŸ“Proven track record in managing HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and HR policies. šŸ“Deep knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions šŸ“Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. šŸ“Adaptability to changing business needs, with a proactive and flexible approach to challenges. šŸ“Proficiency in HR software (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with payroll and benefits systems a plus. šŸ“Experience within Web3, blockchain, or tech-driven organizations
