Responsibilities:

📍Provide full-cycle employee support, including onboarding, performance reviews, 1-on-1 meetings, and offboarding. 📍Enforce compliance with Cypriot labor laws. 📍Implement HR strategies and programs that align with organizational goals. 📍Maintain up-to-date employee records and handle HR-related documentation. 📍Drive employee engagement initiatives, including wellness programs and team-building activities. 📍Support management in creating career development and training plans for employees.

Requirements and skills:

📍3+ years of experience in a human resources position or related position. 📍Strong understanding of HR principles, local labor laws, and regulations. 📍Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 📍Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. 📍Proficiency in HR software and MS Office. 📍Upper-Intermediate level of English.
