Job Summary
What you will do:
šRecruiting at scale as you own and drive end-to-end hiring processes, from sourcing to closing, ensuring a stellar candidate experience and hiring the best talent for our ambitious growth. šPartner across the business, advising managers and founders on performance, development, employee relations, and Org design. šSupport the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance cycles, promotions, and offboarding. šCoach with empathy and clarity, guiding leaders through feedback, coaching, and conflict resolution. šOwn scalable HR processes, building frameworks and tools that grow with us.
What you bring:
šAt least 1ā3 years of HR experience in a generalist role, recruiting, or business partnering in fast-paced or scale-up environments. šRelevant experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a heavy focus on tech hiring. šYou know your way around developer hiring, GitHub sleuthing, and engineering lingo. šA bias toward action: Startup mentality, comfortable wearing multiple hats. šOrganized and detail-obsessed (you love a good spreadsheet almost as much as a good hire). šYou make decisions based on data - not vibes. šFluency in English; German is a plus but not mandatory.
