Job Summary
People Operations Tasks:
đź“ŤOwn and execute the payroll, full & final settlement, and any other payments, as applicable to employees globally đź“ŤHandle various HR tasks such as preparing offer letters, appraisal letters etc đź“ŤCreate and manage Employee Records, including leaves being updated on HRMS đź“ŤManage payroll and other people operations
What are we looking for
đź“ŤBachelors or Master's degree in HR or related field đź“Ť3-4 years of HR experience at a fast-paced workplace đź“ŤHigh result orientation, hands-on with high productivity & an eye for detail đź“Ťin HR operations across payroll, employee relations, HR policies and Technology Proficiency: Utilize applicant tracking systems, HRMS tools, along with proficiency in communication tools like Slack.
