Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
šAdvise and lead on EU licensing matters: EMI/CASP and MiCA licensing. šBuild relationships and execute plans relating to banking access, SEPA connectivity across jurisdictions. šEvaluate regulatory stability, enforcement trends, and institutional responsiveness, and stablecoin and crypto-fiat policies. šBuild structured country comparison models for the purpose of making market-entry decisions. šPrepare concise regulatory intelligence reports for internal stakeholders.
Requirements
š5 to 7+ years in a regulatory, compliance, or government affairs role in financial services or fintech. šIn-depth knowledge of EU financial regulatory systems, including PSD2, MiCA, and e-money frameworks. šStrong ability to interpret and analyse complex regulatory environments. šExcellent written communication; able to summarize large data sets into policy insights.
