Job Summary
Responsibilities
šDevelop and execute conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies to enhance user journeys and increase conversions from organic traffic. šLead A/B testing initiatives to test hypotheses and improve on-page performance. šWork closely with Organic Growth, Product, and UX teams to ensure a seamless and optimised user experience. šUse data-driven insights to create recommendations for website and app improvements. šReport on CRO performance and provide strategic recommendations based on findings.
Requirements
š5+ years of experience in CRO, UX, or a related field. šHands-on experience with A/B testing tools such as Google Optimize, VWO, or Optimizely. šStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and user behaviour insights. šFamiliarity with SEO and organic traffic acquisition. šExperience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
