We believe access to stable money is a human right. Almost two billion people around the world don't have a safe place to store their money or are excluded from financial services such as payments and credit. Struggles with inflationary currencies prevent families and communities from building basic economic security. To help solve this, we created the Reserve Protocol, a free, permissionless platform on the Ethereum mainnet and Base L2 to build, deploy and govern asset-backed currencies referred to as “RTokens.” RTokens are always 1:1 asset-backed, allowing for permissionless minting and redeeming on-chain by users without the need for any middlemen. RTokens are over-collateralized and by default governed independently by RSR stakers in a fully decentralized manner. Job Summary
Who You Are
📍You have 4-6 years of experience in CRM and performance marketing, specifically in paid social, search, display, and DOOH. 📍You have successfully managed and optimized 100k+ ad budgets for tech, fintech, or crypto brands. 📍You’re data-driven and ROI-focused, with a deep understanding of CAC, LTV, attribution models, and analytics. 📍You have a proven track record of running and optimizing campaigns across Meta, Google, X/Twitter, Reddit, and programmatic display networks. 📍You have experience managing DOOH (Digital Out-of-Home) campaigns, including placements in niche locations. 📍You have experience monitoring and tracking all stages of the sales and marketing funnel. 📍Crypto, fintech, or tech experience preferred—or at least a strong interest in learning about the space. 📍Proficient project management and CRM skills utilizing tools like Hubspot and/or Monday.com. 📍Located in NY or CA
What You’ll Do
đź“ŤDevelop and execute a multi-channel paid marketing strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions. đź“ŤManage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, X/Twitter, Reddit, YouTube, display, and DOOH. đź“ŤTest and iterate ad creatives to drive engagement and optimize conversion rates. đź“ŤOversee media buying and work with external agencies or vendors for DOOH and programmatic display. đź“ŤSet up, track, and optimize full-funnel performance metrics, from awareness to acquisition. đź“ŤA/B test landing pages and creatives to optimize conversions. đź“ŤCollaborate with the content and design team to create high-performing ad creatives. đź“ŤDevelop audience segmentation strategies to refine targeting and improve efficiency. đź“ŤStay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and new ad tech developments.
