Job Summary
What you’ll do
📍Design and execute CRM campaigns for the UK market, including incentive campaigns. 📍Collaborate with country and product marketing managers to execute multi-channel campaigns (email, push notifications, in-app messages). 📍Write engaging copy that speaks to the UK audience. 📍Utilize third-party tools like Braze and Knak analyze campaign performance, identifying trends and actionable insights to refine future strategies. 📍Proactively suggest ideas and improvements to campaigns, leveraging your knowledge of customer behaviour and market nuances.
Who you are
📍Proven track record in a similar role, ideally in a fintech or financial company, with a focus on B2C online/mobile audiences. 📍Strategic thinker with a creative, customer-first mindset and excellent attention to detail. Bonus points if you bring strong English copywriting abilities. 📍Team player with a proactive attitude, thriving in a fast-growing, diverse team environment. 📍Fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus. Based in London or willing to relocate. 📍Familiarity with Braze or similar customer engagement platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
