Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šNarrative & Strategy šDefine and lead Logosā global marketing and communications strategy. šBuild and maintain a cohesive narrative aligned with our mission and manifesto. šMovement-Building šInspire participation through campaigns that turn our vision into clear calls to action. šGrow global communities of volunteers, supporters, and local organisers. šLeadership & Team Building šLead and scale a communications and marketing team. šManage strategy, budgets, and resources effectively. šCampaigns & Outreach šDesign and execute campaigns that mobilise people, amplify our humanitarian aims, and expand donations. šCollaborate with project and brand leads to prioritise outreach and growth strategies. šMeasurement & Impact šTrack key metrics around reach, engagement, participation, and outcomes. šContinuously refine messaging and campaigns for maximum impact.
Requirements:
š10+ years proven track record in movement-building, campaigns, or scaling community-driven organisations. š5+ years leadership of marketing, communications, or growth teams, with budget and strategy ownership. šDeep passion for web3, decentralisation, and cultural change. šStrong alignment with our principles & manifesto šExcellent communicator, with the ability to make complex concepts accessible and inspiring. šExperience collaborating across globally distributed and diverse teams.
