Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Act as an AI advisory figure, working closely with many teams to ensure business requirements are gathered and met. 📍Lead workshops or demos on AI tools, such as ChatGPT or others, with respective documentation on best practices 📍Work alongside the data and software teams to design, develop, and implement AI models, pipelines and more 📍Work closely with the AI infra to ensure application scalability and security 📍Bridge the gap between business members and technical members for the firm, to ensure thorough understanding of the AI solutions
Qualifications:
📍Bachelors or Masters degree in CS, AI, ML or a related field 📍4+ years of experience in AI/ML development 📍In depth understanding of NLP, LLMs, and other related topics 📍Expertise within Python and the related ML frameworks, such as Tensorflow, PyTorch, or others 📍Experience working with LangChain, AutoGen, and OpenAI 📍Dedicated experience to AI model fine tuning, and deploying LLM oriented apps 📍Ability to both architect AI solutions, as well as being able to communicate the value and use cases to senior leaders within the firm
