Responsibilities:

📍AI Governance & Risk Management: 📍Develop, implement, and manage governance frameworks, policies, and standards for AI/ML and Generative AI models. 📍Ensure compliance with NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) for AI, along with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. 📍Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with AI/ML model lifecycle, bias detection, explainability, and ethical AI practices.

Requirements:

📍10+ years of experience in AI, ML, Generative AI, Model Risk Management (MRM), and Model Review & Oversight (MRO). 📍7+ years of experience in the banking and financial industry, with a deep understanding of financial regulations. 📍3+ years of experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management, or Regulatory Issues Management. 📍Prior experience analyzing and implementing NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) for AI.
