📍Apply stakeholder engagement and user centric techniques to help rapidly move from idea to impact via piloting, evaluating and iterating solutions 📍Drive the implementation of AI models focused on experience and efficiency, partnering with key stakeholders from other functions 📍Act as a translator between our business partners and our AI engineers to ensure that the models are attending the requirements 📍Support the teams on testing AI models to ensure a consistent level of accuracy 📍Facilitate operational excellence discussions with key stakeholders to identify business opportunities and orchestrate the execution efforts 📍Guide our Services teams throughout the models adoption process 📍Run external benchmarking in order to identify trends and innovations to support a better client experience, staying updated with key AI industry trends 📍Support our specialists on realizing the value from the new solutions we are implementing 📍Ensure timely communication flow between all stakeholders, contributing to improve process excellence

Skills you should HODL

📍Minimum 2-4 years of case management experience, with the ability to understand client engagement workflows and propose improvements 📍Experience in research and analysis related to AI 📍Experience on Project Management is a plus 📍Strong advocate for cryptocurrency along with the deep understanding and passion to innovate and push the industry forward 📍Experience with buying and selling cryptocurrencies on multiple platforms is preferential, but not necessary 📍Deep orientation in data privacy and security from both a personal and business standpoint 📍Excellent communication and presentation skills in both written and verbal English 📍Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment utilizing analytical and problem solving skills
