Key Responsibilities:

📍Assist in recording and organizing financial transactions in the accounting software. 📍Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documents. 📍Assist in processing accounts payable invoices and verifying vendor information. 📍Assist in preparing financial reports and statements. 📍Participate in financial analysis projects and provide insights. 📍Assist in reconciling account balances and identifying discrepancies. 📍Support the month-end and year-end closing processes. 📍Provide support during internal and external audits. 📍Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. 📍Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Accounting Manager. 📍Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

📍Currently pursuing a Bachelor or higher degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 📍Strong interest in pursuing a career in accounting or finance. 📍Basic understanding of accounting principles. 📍Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications. 📍Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. 📍Strong communication and teamwork skills.
