Responsibilities

📍Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions and identify user needs. 📍Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions. 📍Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. 📍Collaborate with development teams to ensure design feasibility and provide design assets and specifications. 📍Iterate and refine designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data analysis. 📍Work closely with product managers to align design decisions with overall product strategy and business objectives. 📍Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design and user experience. 📍Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and problem-solving abilities. 📍Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software. 📍Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. 📍Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions. 📍Ability to create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas. 📍Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 📍Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality designs. 📍Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. 📍Experience and passion for technology, blockchain and web3 space. 📍Proficiency in Mandarin (conversational, reading, and writing).
