Job Summary
The Role
We’re looking for a highly motivated Web3 Strategic Partnerships & Growth Manager for a high-responsibility role in a Web3 gaming startup.
Your primary purpose will be to identify, build, and manage relationships with key stakeholders in the Web3 ecosystem. In addition, you’ll work alongside our Head of Growth on User Acquisition and broad Marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
📍 Collaborate with the Head of Growth to develop and implement our Web3 partnership and marketing strategy. 📍 Identify and engage emerging projects, companies, and communities to drive awareness and collaboration. 📍 Establish and manage strategic partnerships that support Nexus Interactive’s business objectives. 📍 Take ownership of partnership processes from initial contact through execution and ongoing success. 📍 Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless partnership integration. 📍 Leverage relationships with investors and existing partners to expand our network. 📍 Support the execution and tracking of other key marketing initiatives, such as content creation, and organic social media marketing
About You
📍 Motivated self-starter, relentlessly resourceful, and able to work autonomously and take extreme ownership 📍 3+ years of experience in marketing and partnership management, preferably within Web3 or gaming. 📍 Knowledge of Web3 gaming, GameFi, or DeFi ecosystems. 📍 Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. 📍 Proficiency with tools such as Notion, Telegram, and Discord. 📍 Preferred: Proven success in forming strategic alliances and partnerships in the Web3 space and a strong existing network; Experience in fast-paced startup environments
