Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šLegal Compliance: Ensure compliance with blockchain regulations, data protection laws, and gaming industry standards. šContracts & Agreements: Draft and review legal documents, including partnerships, licensing, and employment agreements. šRisk Mitigation: Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. šIntellectual Property: Safeguard the companyās intellectual property rights, trademarks, and patents. šRegulatory Updates: Monitor changes in legal frameworks relevant to blockchain, Web3, and gaming sectors. šInvestor Relations: Assist with legal requirements for funding rounds, tokenomics, and equity structuring.
Requirements:
šExperience: 3+ years as a practicing lawyer, with expertise in Web3, blockchain, or tech startups. šSpecialized Knowledge: Strong understanding of blockchain regulations, tokenomics, and NFT-related legalities. šDetail-Oriented: Sharp attention to detail when drafting and reviewing contracts. šStartup Savvy: Experience with fast-paced startup environments is a plus. šTech Enthusiast: Interest in Web3 and gaming trends is an added advantage. šKnowledge Bonus: Knowledge of TMA (Telegram Mini-Apps) or TON is highly valued.
