Context Windranger is a product lab working on the BitDAO ecosystem. You can read more about us here. Over the next few years, BitDAO intends to secure a handful of large partnerships (on the scale of zkSync, Game7, BitNetwork). As proposed by one of BitDAOās core contributors, BitDAO is looking to build a chain (BITNetwork) that: uses $BIT as a native token; is EVM compatible; and optimized for high throughput dapps such as derivatives dexes and gaming.
Job Summary
Your Role
šCollaborate with the Russian Marketing Specialist to create engaging content, including memes, social media posts, and other materials to captivate and energize the community. šActively manage Russian-speaking social channels and forums, ensuring timely responses, promoting discussions, and maintaining a high-energy atmosphere. šMonitor trends, influencers, and developments in the Russian-speaking Web3 ecosystem, identifying opportunities to enhance community engagement. šAssist in planning and executing virtual events such as AMA sessions, community hangouts, and other initiatives to keep the community informed and engaged. šBuild and nurture relationships with Russian-speaking KOLs, influencers, and media partners to amplify Mantleās reach and visibility. šGather community insights and feedback, identifying trends, concerns, and opportunities to improve our community initiatives. šProvide support for event execution as needed, ensuring smooth operations and impactful outcomes.
Your Craft
šStrong interest in Web3 and crypto, with foundational knowledge of the ecosystem. šFluency in Russian and proficiency in English, both written and verbal. šExcellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, relevant, and creative content. šQuick-thinking, adaptable, and able to identify what resonates with the audience. šHighly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
