Job Description

We are looking for a community manager on behalf of our client. Our client is a Web3 company founded in 2017 by an international team of over 75 people from world-class tech giants like Amazon, Dell and Tencent. A mix of engineers, product managers, designers, marketers, business developers, strategists and others, the company works hard to create great products that make a difference, like a Layer 1 network and feature-filled mobile app. Responsibilities: • Manage and grow our online communities (Discord) • Schedule and coordinate regular community events, competitions, and discussions • Monitor and respond to user reviews online and on the app stores • Report user feedback to our product/marketing teams • Find ways to boost user retention • Contribute to our overall marketing plan using information from the community • Work closely with strategy and product teams • Keep up to date with developments in Web3, blockchain and crypto • Contribute ideas for app improvements, content, and anything else! Requirements • 2-4 years of experience in Web3 and tech (developments, cultural trends, etc.) • Experience in community management and customer service • Can write and speak in English fluently (native/bilingual level) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Able to work quickly and efficiently while balancing multiple tasks • Passionate about growing and building communities
