Job Summary
Responsibilities
šPlan and execute manual testing strategies for Web3 applications, including DApps, smart contract interactions, and backend APIs šIdentify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools, ensuring thorough follow-up and resolution šCollaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to understand feature requirements and ensure comprehensive coverage šConduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) across multiple blockchain environments šPerform hands-on manual testing of wallet integrations, transaction flows, and blockchain confirmations, ensuring a seamless user experience šProvide clear, detailed reports on software quality, including metrics, trends, and recommendations for improvements šParticipate in product design discussions to integrate testing considerations early in the development lifecycle šContinuously review and refine testing processes to enhance efficiency, reliability, and scalability
Requirements
š4ā7 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a primary focus on manual testing šDemonstrable familiarity with Web3 products (e.g., various wallets, decentralized exchanges, DeFi protocols), either through professional experience or hands-on usage šSolid understanding of QA principles, testing methodologies, and best practices šExperience using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira) and version control systems (e.g., GitHub) šComfort with tools like Postman, JMeter, or similar, for API testing šBasic knowledge of Linux, MySQL, and relevant command-line tools (e.g., shell scripting, Docker CLI)
