Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šOperational Leadership: šDevelop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize productivity, efficiency, and quality across the agency. šProvide strategic guidance and leadership to department heads and operational teams, ensuring alignment with agency goals and objectives. šFoster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in operations, promoting best practices and identifying opportunities for enhancement. šProcess Optimization: šIdentify and evaluate operational bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions to enhance workflow and productivity. šStreamline and standardize operational processes, tools, and systems to drive consistency and efficiency across the agency. šImplement performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and drive data-informed decision-making. šProject Management: šOversee project management processes and methodologies, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. šCollaborate with project management and creative teams to establish project scopes, timelines, and resource allocation to maximize client satisfaction and agency profitability. šMonitor project progress, mitigate risks, and implement contingency plans to address any deviations from the plan. šFinancial Management: šCollaborate with the finance department to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics related to operations. šIdentify cost-saving opportunities, optimize resource allocation, and drive profitability across operations. šEnsure compliance with financial policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements. šTeam Development: šLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration. šFacilitate training and professional development initiatives to enhance team members' skills and competencies. šFoster cross-functional collaboration and effective communication among teams to drive synergy and optimize operational outcomes.
Requirements:
šBachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus. šProven experience in an operational leadership role within a creative agency or similar industry. šStrong understanding of agency operations, project management methodologies, and creative processes. šDemonstrated success in optimizing operational efficiency and implementing process improvements. šExcellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals. šStrong business acumen and financial management skills, including budgeting and forecasting. šExceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset. šExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. šProficiency in project management software and tools. šDeep understanding of web3 technologies is a bonus
Minimum Experience:
š10+ years of experience in an operations leadership role, preferably in an agency environment.
