Responsibilities

📍Work closely with the Art and Marketing departments to produce vertical video content optimized for platforms like TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. 📍Edit long-form and short-form marketing videos for campaigns, trailers, community updates, and more. 📍Repurpose gameplay footage, dev diaries, and marketing assets into engaging, high-retention video formats. 📍Bring creative concepts to life with pacing, music, effects, and storytelling that speaks to gaming audiences. 📍Ensure content aligns with the visual and tonal direction of the Seedworld brand. 📍Stay up to date with editing trends, platform algorithms, and viral formats to inform creative choices. 📍Work with other designers and editors to maintain a consistent visual language across content. 📍Participate in ideation sessions, provide feedback, and take direction with a positive, team-oriented mindset. 📍Maintain clean project files, naming conventions, and organized structures for efficient collaboration.

Required Qualifications

📍Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience editing marketing or entertainment videos in a professional setting. 📍Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other video editing software. 📍Deep understanding of the social media landscape, especially vertical content and short-form engagement. 📍Strong visual storytelling instincts; know how to build tension, deliver punchlines, and guide viewer attention.
