Responsibilities:

📍Generate AI-powered videos daily using company-developed AI software, following assigned themes and creative guidelines 📍Ensure all content complies with YouTube policies and copyright regulations 📍Upload and publish videos manually via personal phone 📍Maintain accurate reporting in Google Sheets and organize files properly in Google Drive 📍Deliver the agreed volume of content on schedule and take full responsibility for final content quality and publication 📍Identify video ideas independently or generate them using AI tools in alignment with assigned themes and content direction 📍Collaborate closely with the manager to review and approve concepts and final videos, promptly reporting any issues, risks, or questions that arise during production 📍Evaluate AI-generated results and improve them manually when needed, including regenerating scenes, rearranging visuals, and performing light video editing 📍Create metadata for each video using AI, including titles, descriptions, and hashtags.

Requirements

📍Hands-on experience with AI tools for video and image generation 📍Strong understanding of AI prompt engineering and ability to generate consistent, high-quality results 📍Basic video editing skills (manual adjustments, rearranging scenes, regenerating content, light post-production) 📍Knowledge of YouTube content policies and copyright rules English proficiency at A2 level or higher 📍Highly self-organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet daily production deadlines 📍Responsible, result-oriented, proactive, and able to critically evaluate and improve AI output
