Job Summary
What you’ll be Owning
📍Ensure Trade Execution & Market Efficiency 📍Guarantee 99.9% uptime and seamless execution of all customer-related trades. 📍Monitor and optimize order book processes to prevent failed or delayed trades. 📍Track and report on all market orders and liquidity levels in real time. 📍Keep a daily trading blotter, including trade positions and P&L summaries.
Job requirements
What We’re Looking For 📍You have 3+ years of Treasury experience in a financial institution, trading firm, or fintech startup. 📍You hold a CFA, ACI, or other trading/treasury certification. 📍You have a strong grasp of blockchain technology and digital asset markets. 📍You understand order book mechanics, price discovery, and market-making. 📍 You’re familiar with crypto, FX, or traditional markets and liquidity operations. 📍You’re highly analytical, thrive under pressure, and move with urgency.
