Job description
📍Active Liquidity & Position Management: Execute, monitor and optimize funding operations including fiat and digital asset 📍Risk & Exposure Management – Track and analyze counterparty risk, exchange balances, and collateral requirements, ensuring optimal capital deployment across strategies. 📍Systematic Trading & Treasury Automation – Assist in developing scripts and algorithms to automate treasury workflows, trade execution, and liquidity provisioning. 📍Market Intelligence & Yield Maximization – Analyze interest rates, arbitrage opportunities, and funding markets to maximize returns on idle funds and enhance treasury profitability. 📍Process Development & Infrastructure Enhancement – Collaborate with developers and product teams to refine and implement treasury policies, automate reconciliations, and improve execution frameworks.
Background and experience
📍Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, or a related field. 📍5+ years of experience in trading, treasury, or a similar role within a digital asset trading firm or traditional finance (TradFi) trading environment. 📍Deep understanding of financial markets, including derivatives, liquidity management, and risk assessment. 📍Proficiency in Python, SQL, or other programming languages for data analysis, strategy development, and automation. 📍Strong analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
