WHAT YOU WILL DO

📍Monitor and manage all non-linear financial operations, with a primary focus on treasury operations and controls, lifecycle event management, settlement processes and reconciliations. 📍Collaborate closely with product, trading, risk, treasury, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution, funding optimization, and proper risk controls. 📍Develop and enhance automation tools for risk monitoring, P&L attribution, and reconciliation processes for treasury operations. 📍Investigate and solve cash reconciliation breaks and settlement issues 📍Ensure robust operational workflows and risk controls are in place to support scaling of product offerings and expansion to new markets. 📍Stay up to date with market trends, risk methodologies, and regulatory developments in digital asset markets.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

📍Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. 📍4+ years of experience in financial operations, preferably within treasury, compliance and reconciliations 📍Strong understanding of cash and liquidity management operations 📍Experience working with multiple banking partners, payment gateways and processors 📍Knowledge of DeFi products and protocols is a plus but not required. 📍Proficiency in SQL and Python is a plus.
