Job Summary
What you'll work on:
šManaging core finance process enablement projects across Finance, including but not limited to T&E programs. šResearching and investigating technical and complex employee inquiries using discretion and judgment, selecting and explaining the best solution. šLeading the design and implementation of a T&E management tool, including the integration to the Companyās ERP. šProviding leadership and support for the operation and enhancement of the global T&E program. šDeveloping process maps and standard operating procedures (SOP) for process documentation accuracy and cross-training. šAccurately and efficiently performing routine processes and complete proactive measures to drive T&E process improvements/cost reduction initiatives. šMaintaining positive and trusted relationships with customers, stakeholders and external clients. šSafeguarding employee information and maintaining confidentiality in resolving employee travel and expense matters.

What youāll bring to Circle:
šB.S. degree in Accounting or related field, or the equivalent business-experience. š7+ years of relevant work experience in Finance roles with minimum 5+ years in T&E, AP or Procurement šStrong written and verbal communication skills. You are comfortable interfacing with all levels and across all departments within the organization. šOutstanding change management skills and the ability to lead teams through change. šHighly organized and detail-oriented; high degree of accuracy. šCapable of quickly comprehending new information and technologies. šCapable of working in a fast-paced environment. šAnalytical/problem solving ā ability to identify, analyze and resolve problems in a timely manner. šAbility to prioritize and plan work activities. šMust be team oriented, willing to operate within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment. šThe successful candidate will possess a high degree of trust and integrity, communicate openly and display respect and a desire to foster teamwork. šExperience with Finance and Travel systems (Sage Intacct, Navan, Uber for business, Ramp, Oracle) preferred. šExperience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite.
