Job Summary
Your responsibilities will include:
šProgram Management Design & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive program management playbook for complex and critical Total Rewards programs and products. šStakeholder Management: Partner with cross-functional teams, including HR, finance, and business leaders, to align Total Rewards programs with organizational objectives. šOwnership & Accountability: Manage deadlines, track progress, and ensure delivery of Total Rewards projects with a sense of urgency and ownership. šData-Driven Decision Making: Leverage tools, data and real-time feedback to tailor, adjust and execute strategy šCommunication & Collaboration: Clearly articulate program details, processes, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and buy-in. šInformation Gathering: Proactively chase down information, resolve blockers, and maintain progress in fast-paced, complex projects. šContinuous Improvement: Monitor the effectiveness of current programs and recommend improvements to align with changing business needs and industry trends.
Weāre looking for someone with:
š4-6 years of experience in program management; Total Rewards exposure a strong plus. šProven track record of building and scaling zero-to-one program management strategies for multiple deadlines and competing priorities. šExceptional stakeholder management skills with a focus on clear communication, collaboration, and driving consensus. šAnalytical mindset with expertise in using data to inform decision-making and program design. šDemonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. šFamiliarity with Total Rewards structures and practices. šExperience working with rapidly scaling organizations. šSophisticated experience in building content, materials, communications and presentations.
