📍Benchmark Industry Compensation: 📍Track and analyze compensation data, leveraging proxy data and researching various tech solutions versus traditional survey solutions to ensure our pay structures are competitive within the industry. 📍Analyze Compensation Data: 📍Conduct detailed analyses of compensation trends and patterns within the company and across the market to support pay modeling and compensation decisions. 📍D) Support Pay Modeling: 📍Collaborate with the team to run pay modeling scenarios that align with our compensation strategy and business goals, ensuring equitable and competitive pay practices.
