Job Summary
You will
📍Work with HR, Hiring Managers, and other business leaders to identify and fill current talent needs and build the pipeline for future openings, specifically for technical roles 📍Generate creative talent pipelines with a strong focus on excellence and a growth mindset 📍Manage and leverage relationships with industry organizations and key external stakeholders to maximize effective outreach and continuously explore best practices 📍Interview and screen candidates as cultural and competent fits for open roles 📍Manage the full recruitment cycle from intake to onboarding, ensuring a great candidate experience 📍Work closely with Hiring Managers to refine core competency screening models and close roles with A players 📍Create strong job descriptions and outreach messages to attract top talent
Must have
📍5+ years of experience in technical recruitment in fast-growing tech or SaaS environments 📍Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment 📍Mission-driven with strong communication and collaboration skills 📍Excel in uncovering diverse top talent through innovative recruitment, crafting powerful employer branding 📍Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse 📍Knowledge of Bitcoin is a nice to have
