Key responsibilities:

📍Product development and Roadmap: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering to delivery and post-launch analysis. Define user stories, acceptance criteria, perform backlog management and workflows for development teams. 📍Technical Expertise: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements. Evaluate technical solutions and prioritize features based on technical feasibility, business impact, and customer value. 📍Conduct extensive market research, including customer discovery to understand the value proposition of our product. 📍Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, validate and deliver solutions. 📍Quality & Delivery: Ensure product features are delivered on time and meet quality standards; organize testing and feedback loops.

Mandatory:

📍5+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years in a technical product management role. 📍Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders. 📍Expertise in agile methodologies - Jira, Asana etc. 📍Strong understanding of microservices, peer-to-peer systems, javascript. 📍Strong organizational skills to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment. 📍Skilled in defining, tracking, and reporting on product KPIs to measure success; expertise in A/B testing or similar experimentation methods is a plus.
