Job Summary
RESPONSIBILITIES
šResponsible for managing and driving the Open Loot product road map, sprint planning, feature planning, and UX šOversee systems and personnel to ensure 24/7 uptime, and 100% platform reliability and security šMaintain and grow development team, work with recruiting to maintain candidate pipeline, assist screening & interview candidates šAid in planning, organizing and implementing new platform features
REQUIREMENTS
šExperience leading multi-department teams: clarifying requirements, resolving conflicts, defining roadmap and driving progress. šSkilled at translating between business and technical teams. šAbility to provide in-depth evaluations of complex engineering and analytic issues šExtensive experience with ecommerce infrastructure and deployment practices šExperience with production Node.js applications šStrong organizational and communication skills šMust love games!
