Job Summary
Responsibilities
šTogether with the Engineering, Support and Customer Success teams, you will collaboratively own and manage the Keyfactor product documentation and documentation process. šPlan and write product documentation to communicate relevant information appropriate to the audience, for example, how-to guides for system operations or installation instructions. šUnderstand, implement, and document use cases relevant to the platform that will help customers realize its full potential. šDrive continuous improvements of our product documentation and create clear and consistent content that communicates complex technical concepts concisely. šGather and analyze technical information from various sources and stakeholders to document new or improved product functionality. šMaintain the product documentation and help ensure that content is published following the product release process. šAssist in planning, scheduling, and tracking documentation work to meet product release dates and client deliverables. šWork with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements. šConduct technical reviews of documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards. šIdentify and address technical inconsistencies in documentation, refining content for improved clarity, usability, and consistency. šCreate and maintain technical documentation and reports to facilitate product/project communication, training, and issue resolution. šIncorporate security principles and best practices into documentation processes to align with software development security requirements. šContribute to initiatives to enhance documentation processes, standards, and methodologies, aiming for greater efficiency and effectiveness over time.
Skills and Qualifications
šFamiliarity with the SDLC and software development šAbility to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail šAbility to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures that is readily understandable to the target audience(s) šProven ability managing competing priorities šOrganizational skills šStrong communication skills šEffective time management, project management and prioritization skills
