Job Summary

Responsibilities

šŸ“Together with the Engineering, Support and Customer Success teams, you will collaboratively own and manage the Keyfactor product documentation and documentation process. šŸ“Plan and write product documentation to communicate relevant information appropriate to the audience, for example, how-to guides for system operations or installation instructions. šŸ“Understand, implement, and document use cases relevant to the platform that will help customers realize its full potential. šŸ“Drive continuous improvements of our product documentation and create clear and consistent content that communicates complex technical concepts concisely. šŸ“Gather and analyze technical information from various sources and stakeholders to document new or improved product functionality. šŸ“Maintain the product documentation and help ensure that content is published following the product release process. šŸ“Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking documentation work to meet product release dates and client deliverables. šŸ“Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements. šŸ“Conduct technical reviews of documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards. šŸ“Identify and address technical inconsistencies in documentation, refining content for improved clarity, usability, and consistency. šŸ“Create and maintain technical documentation and reports to facilitate product/project communication, training, and issue resolution. šŸ“Incorporate security principles and best practices into documentation processes to align with software development security requirements. šŸ“Contribute to initiatives to enhance documentation processes, standards, and methodologies, aiming for greater efficiency and effectiveness over time.

Skills and Qualifications

šŸ“Familiarity with the SDLC and software development šŸ“Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail šŸ“Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures that is readily understandable to the target audience(s) šŸ“Proven ability managing competing priorities šŸ“Organizational skills šŸ“Strong communication skills šŸ“Effective time management, project management and prioritization skills
