Responsibilities

📍Lead the Payments team in the development and enhancement of on/off-ramp features for our custodial crypto wallet. 📍Oversee the integration of third-party payment providers, ensuring seamless and secure connections. 📍Actively participate in coding, architecture design, and other hands-on technical tasks. 📍Ensure the stability and scalability of our payment systems to handle a growing global user base. 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Security, and Operations, to deliver high-quality features and improvements. 📍Analyze and monitor system performance, identifying areas for optimization and implementing solutions. 📍Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in global payments and cryptocurrency on-ramps. 📍Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. 📍Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements

📍Proven experience in global payment providers integration. 📍Experience in crypto on-ramps will be an advantage. 📍Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams. 📍Strong understanding of global payment systems and providers. 📍Experience with integrating third-party payment providers. 📍Hands-on technical expertise in Python with the ability to personally contribute to product development. 📍Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 📍Strong focus on user experience and security. 📍Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 📍Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 📍Experience with blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies. 📍Knowledge of payment processing regulations and compliance. 📍Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 📍Proficiency in English and Russian to effectively work with an international team.
