Requirements
📍Proven experience (2+ years) in talent sourcing or a similar role within recruitment. 📍Strong understanding of sourcing tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, Boolean search). 📍Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. 📍Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment. 📍Proficiency in using recruitment tools and systems like Notion, Ashby(ATS), or equivalent. 📍Fluent in English as your manager isn’t fluent in French
