Job Summary

You will have the opportunity to:

šŸ“Organize all facets of a candidate's interview process: including interview scheduling, video interviews, and offer management, initiate and monitor background checks and provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including booking travel and accommodations when needed for interviews and events. šŸ“Ensure an exceptional candidate experience with timely communication throughout the entire interview and onboarding process. šŸ“ You will maintain the data integrity of your candidates in the Applicant tracking system (Lever). šŸ“You will help maintain accurate job postings in the ATS and on job boards as necessary. šŸ“You will contribute to various recruiting projects on as needed basis including but not limited to Events, and campaigns, process creation and reporting. šŸ“ Schedule and participate in New Hire Onboarding sessions

Qualifications:

šŸ“1-2 years experience in recruiting coordination, or Human Resources or related fast paced environment. šŸ“Experience with calendaring tools and familiar with scheduling in multiple time zones. Bachelor's Degree šŸ“ Experience using an ATS system is preferred. šŸ“Solution-oriented, reliable, and able to anticipate both candidate and hiring team needs.
