Context Windranger is a product lab working on the BitDAO ecosystem. You can read more about us here. Over the next few years, BitDAO intends to secure a handful of large partnerships (on the scale of zkSync, Game7, BitNetwork). As proposed by one of BitDAOās core contributors, BitDAO is looking to build a chain (BITNetwork) that: uses $BIT as a native token; is EVM compatible; and optimized for high throughput dapps such as derivatives dexes and gaming.
Job Summary
Responsibilities
šPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring strategies. šSource, approach, and engage candidates through creative channels ā including LinkedIn, crypto communities, Twitter/X, and Web3 networks. šManage end-to-end recruitment cycles, from outreach and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination. šBuild and maintain a strong talent pipeline for technical and non-technical roles (e.g. engineering, product, growth, operations, ecosystem). šLeverage data to optimize sourcing strategies and hiring funnel performance. šEnsure a seamless, transparent, and high-touch candidate experience aligned with our decentralized culture.
Requirements
š3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in the Web3 industry. šProven success sourcing globally distributed or remote talent. šFamiliarity with Web3, blockchain, or crypto-native communities. šExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. šData-driven mindset with ability to use ATS and analytics tools effectively. šAdaptable, resourceful, and self-driven in a fast-evolving environment.
