📍Source, recruit and interview top talent across the US and our global offices (Dallas, London, Paris, Singapore, Vilnius and more). 📍Lead full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles, with a strong focus on the US market. 📍Ensure a world-class candidate experience at every stage of the process. 📍Drive the recruitment process end-to-end: screening, interviewing, evaluating skill level, gathering/giving feedback, managing offers and supporting onboarding. 📍Become a trusted partner for hiring managers, providing guidance, insights and market expertise. 📍Build and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage exceptional talent in competitive markets. 📍Craft compelling job descriptions and recruitment content to effectively communicate each opportunity. 📍Represent Blockchain.com externally by building relationships with professional associations, universities, meetups and key talent communities.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

📍Above all, integrity is core to everything we do. 📍4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with strong experience hiring across the US. 📍Proven success hiring for technical roles (Engineering, Product, Design, Security, Data) and corporate roles (Finance, Compliance, Operations, etc.). 📍Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments—agency, in-house, or a mix of both. 📍Highly self-motivated, tenacious and impact-driven, with a strong sense of urgency. 📍Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of delivering results and managing multiple priorities. 📍Ability to identify challenges, propose solutions and drive process improvement. 📍A natural people person—charismatic, confident, adaptable and excited to help build and evangelize something meaningful.
