šSource, recruit and interview top talent across the US and our global offices (Dallas, London, Paris, Singapore, Vilnius and more). šLead full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles, with a strong focus on the US market. šEnsure a world-class candidate experience at every stage of the process. šDrive the recruitment process end-to-end: screening, interviewing, evaluating skill level, gathering/giving feedback, managing offers and supporting onboarding. šBecome a trusted partner for hiring managers, providing guidance, insights and market expertise. šBuild and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage exceptional talent in competitive markets. šCraft compelling job descriptions and recruitment content to effectively communicate each opportunity. šRepresent Blockchain.com externally by building relationships with professional associations, universities, meetups and key talent communities.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
šAbove all, integrity is core to everything we do. š4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with strong experience hiring across the US. šProven success hiring for technical roles (Engineering, Product, Design, Security, Data) and corporate roles (Finance, Compliance, Operations, etc.). šExperience in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsāagency, in-house, or a mix of both. šHighly self-motivated, tenacious and impact-driven, with a strong sense of urgency. šExceptional organizational skills with a track record of delivering results and managing multiple priorities. šAbility to identify challenges, propose solutions and drive process improvement. šA natural people personācharismatic, confident, adaptable and excited to help build and evangelize something meaningful.
