Responsibilities:

📍Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for business roles, with a focus on financial product teams including futures, derivatives, and quantitative etc. 📍Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamics. 📍Source, screen, and engage high-caliber candidates through various channels including direct sourcing, networking, and industry events. 📍Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for specialized financial roles. 📍Coordinate interview processes, provide timely feedback, and facilitate offer negotiations. 📍Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. 📍Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to align hiring strategies with organizational goals. 📍Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and competitive intelligence within the financial products and trading space. 📍Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports to track hiring metrics and improve processes.

Requirements:

📍Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field. 📍5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within financial services or fintech sectors. 📍Proven experience recruiting for specialized financial roles. 📍Strong understanding of financial products, trading strategies, and quantitative roles is highly preferred. 📍Excellent sourcing skills and familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms. 📍Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. 📍Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 📍Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
