Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

šŸ“Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, leveraging various channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, X, industry events, referrals, etc.) and automation and AI to make it most efficient. šŸ“Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation. šŸ“Build and nurture talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs. šŸ“Drive proactive outreach, engaging with passive candidates in the crypto and blockchain space. šŸ“Craft compelling job postings that attract the right talent and reflect our culture. šŸ“Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through transparent communication, timely feedback, and well-structured interview processes. šŸ“Partner with hiring managers to shape role requirements and interview strategies. šŸ“Implement structured interview processes, ensuring consistency and fairness in hiring decisions. šŸ“Continuously refine the hiring process to improve efficiency and effectiveness. šŸ“Facilitate interviewer training sessions, equipping teams with best practices in assessment, structured feedback and candidate engagement.

What You'll need

šŸ“5+ years in talent acquisition, recruitment, or sourcing, preferably in tech, crypto, or fintech startups. šŸ“Experience recruiting for global, remote-first, and distributed teams. šŸ“Strong track record in hiring technical and non-technical roles. šŸ“Proven ability to optimize recruitment workflows, implement hiring best practices and collaborate with hiring managers to improve decision-making. šŸ“Expertise in sourcing Software Engineers, Product Owners / Managers and any experience hiring Blockchain / Web3 would be desirable, šŸ“Excellent communication and negotiation skills. šŸ“Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders in a fast-paced scale up environment.
