What you’ll do

📍Partner with hiring managers across tech, product, and go-to-market teams to deeply understand their needs and help define what great looks like. 📍Lead full-cycle recruitment: from writing compelling briefs and sourcing exceptional talent, to guiding candidates and stakeholders through every stage of the process. 📍Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to uncover diverse and high-calibre talent in Web3 and beyond. 📍Champion an outstanding candidate experience, ensuring every interaction reflects our values and ambition. 📍Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, offering data-driven insights, market knowledge, and clear communication to influence decisions. 📍Collaborate with People and Brand teams to strengthen Trilitech’s presence in the Web3 talent community and showcase what makes us unique. 📍Continuously refine our processes, using feedback and metrics to raise the bar on speed, quality, and impact.

What you’ll need

📍Proven experience as a recruiter or talent partner within Web3, ideally across one or more of tech, product, or go-to-market functions. 📍A track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes from intake to offer with a focus on quality, speed, and stakeholder satisfaction. 📍Strong sourcing capability, with the creativity and persistence to find talent across multiple channels and communities. 📍Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence, advise, and build trust up to senior leadership level 📍Understanding of the Web3 ecosystem and genuine curiosity about emerging technology, culture, and talent trends. 📍A proactive, resourceful approach and the drive to make things happen in a fast-moving environment.
