Job Summary
What you’ll do:
📍Work closely with hiring partners to understand their needs to identify and engage the right talent 📍Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent across a variety of roles 📍Track goals, metrics, and performance data of the hiring cycle while regularly communicating updates to TA, hiring partners, and the leadership team 📍Partner closely with hiring partners as subject matter expert in the technical requirements, interview processes and hiring decisions 📍Engage passive candidates and understand their underlying motivations, while providing detailed information on the position requirements and company mission
What you’ll bring:
📍5+ years experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, preferably within Crypto or Fintech startups. Experience of working in an agency environment is also appreciated 📍Strong and proven ability to source and network with the very best 📍Sales & Customer Operations Candidates 📍2+ years experience utilizing recruitment tools such as Greenhouse (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter 📍Demonstrated expertise hiring qualified candidates at all levels throughout all departments 📍Proven recruitment expertise through the experience of managing the full recruitment cycle of multiple requisitions at any given time, with an emphasis on a top-notch candidate experience
