Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šManage full-cycle recruitment processes for both global and local positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing. šUtilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.) to find qualified candidates for a variety of roles. šPartner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and business objectives to ensure a smooth hiring process. šLead and manage the candidate experience, providing timely and constructive feedback throughout the recruitment process. šMaintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure that all recruitment activities are aligned with the companyās hiring strategy. šWork on both high-priority global and local hiring needs, while also managing multiple requisitions across different time zones and regions.
Requirements
šMinimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record in sourcing top talent. šExtensive experience in sourcing candidates for both global and local positions. šAbility to work closely with hiring managers and align recruitment efforts with organizational needs. šFluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills. šStrong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, etc.). šExperience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.
