Hard Skills Requirements:

📍2–5 years in a data-focused role (e.g., analytics, reporting, operations, consulting, or similar). Experience combining advisory/analytical work with hands-on execution is a strong plus. 📍Strong quantitative and problem-solving abilities; comfortable reconciling, validating, and interpreting complex datasets. 📍Experience with SQL for data querying and Python (or similar) for scripting/automation. 📍Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent to translate data into clear insights. 📍Hands-on mindset with the ability to move from idea to action, take ownership, and follow through reliably. 📍Clear and concise communicator who listens well and can translate technical findings into business insights. 📍Highly structured and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple stakeholders, align cross-functional projects, and maintain urgency.
