Job Summary
Responsibilities
šInvestor Outreach & Support: Actively assist in developing and executing our investor relations strategy. Help identify, research, and qualify potential institutional investors in the Web3/crypto space. šRelationship Building: Support the cultivation and maintenance of relationships with current and prospective investors by assisting with communications, scheduling, and follow-up. šMaterial Preparation: Help develop and maintain financial models, valuation analyses, and compelling investor-facing presentations; and assist in preparing investment memorandums, pitch decks, data room documentation, and other due diligence materials, ensuring accuracy and completeness. šMarket Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis, synthesising insights to support effective positioning of ICN within the broader ecosystem. šCommunication & Reporting: Support the articulation of ICN's story, strategy, and financial updates to the investment community. Assist with investor communications and reporting, ensuring timely and accurate information dissemination.
Qualities for Success
šExperience & Drive: You have 2+ years of experience in a finance role (e.g., financial analysis, corporate finance, junior investment banking, or a related field) where you've demonstrated strong analytical and research skills. You also possess a strong desire to build a world-class network within the Web3 and crypto investment community. šFinancial Acumen: Strong foundational financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills. You're comfortable with data and eager to build financial materials from scratch, showing attention to detail. šWeb3 Native or Enthusiastic: A strong interest in and growing understanding of the cryptocurrency and Web3 ecosystem, including key market trends, protocols, and investment theses. šExcellent Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a clear and concise >
