What you’ll be doing:

📍Define and lead Shakepay’s product growth strategy, focusing on growth model levers like acquisition, activation, referral, and retention. 📍Translate insights and strategy into compelling narratives that bring the team along — from engineers to executives. 📍Partner with engineering and design to identify and build growth loops, frictionless onboarding experiences, and habit-forming products. 📍Collaborate with marketing to align growth product efforts with lifecycle campaigns, performance marketing, and community initiatives. 📍Work closely with data and research to uncover deep insights into user behavior and identify high-leverage opportunities. 📍Own and drive initiatives end-to-end: from opportunity sizing to solution discovery to scaling successful bets. 📍Regularly communicate product strategy and progress with executive leadership and the broader team.

Who we’re looking for:

📍8+ years of experience as a product manager in mobile-first technology companies, ideally in fintech or consumer marketplaces. 📍Excellent communication and storytelling skills—you inspire teams and influence stakeholders. 📍A proven track record of leading successful product-led growth initiatives (e.g., onboarding, referrals, A/B testing, retention loops, mobile growth channels). 📍Highly analytical and metrics-driven: you can frame a growth problem, design experiments, and interpret results with clarity. 📍Experience with growing adoption at scale.
