šLead the end-to-end visual design of key initiatives across Lending and Commerce, setting a high bar for craft, clarity, and emotional resonance šDefine the motion language for complex financial interactions - from cash flow animations to repayment journeys - and guide others in implementing them šDrive the development of interactive data visualizations that help customers understand and act on their financial behavior šCollaborate with AI/ML and data science teams to shape generative, adaptive, and personalized financial experiences šInfluence product strategy by framing abstract or nascent concepts through compelling visual narratives and prototypes šMentor designers, helping to elevate visual rigor across the team šPartner with the design systems team to evolve our visual language, animations, and interaction patterns šChampion experimentation and creative exploration that push the boundaries of what financial tools can be
You Have
š8+ years of experience crafting impactful digital products šA portfolio that demonstrates world-class visual design, motion, and data visualization in shipping consumer products šProven experience designing end-to-end product experiences across mobile and web. šExpert-level fluency in motion and prototyping tools.
