Job Summary

Responsibilities

šŸ“Oversee Salesforce data and other GTM systems to ensure data integrity and alignment šŸ“Build and optimize sales analytics reports and Salesforce dashboards to provide insights for leadership and business stakeholders šŸ“Extensive experience with building and maintaining data models šŸ“Assess and analyze data from multiple sources šŸ“Monitor sales productivity and revenue performance šŸ“Sales compensation modeling, analysis, and commission calculations šŸ“Assist sales planning and regular updates to quotas, headcount, and sales plans šŸ“Ensure accurate use of applications like Salesforce.com, Marekto, etc. šŸ“Work with other departments to ensure successful execution of key projects šŸ“Partner with Marketing on lead generation process and metrics reporting šŸ“Support Sales Team day to day operations šŸ“Support various analytic initiatives which may include data mining, data research, and detailed statistical analysis. šŸ“Generate reports using multiple sources of data on ad hoc bases, based on the requirements of the sales leadership team.

Requirements

šŸ“5 + years in a similar position šŸ“Bachelorā€™s degree required, MBA preferred šŸ“Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets (complex functions) to manipulate and validate large data sets šŸ“Both public company experience and startup company experience desirable šŸ“Deep understanding of sales processes, funnel management, billing, and forecasting šŸ“SalesForce.com knowledge and experience is very important šŸ“Experience with Looker a plus šŸ“Problem solver with a strong business acumen šŸ“Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within a company and maintain professional relationships with internal and external departments
