Job Summary
Responsibilities
šOversee Salesforce data and other GTM systems to ensure data integrity and alignment šBuild and optimize sales analytics reports and Salesforce dashboards to provide insights for leadership and business stakeholders šExtensive experience with building and maintaining data models šAssess and analyze data from multiple sources šMonitor sales productivity and revenue performance šSales compensation modeling, analysis, and commission calculations šAssist sales planning and regular updates to quotas, headcount, and sales plans šEnsure accurate use of applications like Salesforce.com, Marekto, etc. šWork with other departments to ensure successful execution of key projects šPartner with Marketing on lead generation process and metrics reporting šSupport Sales Team day to day operations šSupport various analytic initiatives which may include data mining, data research, and detailed statistical analysis. šGenerate reports using multiple sources of data on ad hoc bases, based on the requirements of the sales leadership team.
Requirements
š5 + years in a similar position šBachelorās degree required, MBA preferred šProficient in Excel and Google Sheets (complex functions) to manipulate and validate large data sets šBoth public company experience and startup company experience desirable šDeep understanding of sales processes, funnel management, billing, and forecasting šSalesForce.com knowledge and experience is very important šExperience with Looker a plus šProblem solver with a strong business acumen šAbility to communicate effectively with all levels within a company and maintain professional relationships with internal and external departments
