Job Summary
In this role, you will:
📍Plan, analyze and review requirements from stakeholders to understand the needs; 📍Oversee the design and development of new internal tools products that support financial and operational reporting; 📍Create monthly progress reports of ongoing development and improvements of financial reporting; 📍Develop and maintain value analysis tools for strategic and value-driven decisions of the company 📍Provide information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; 📍Plan, prepare, complete, update, and suggest modification to the detailed action plans and timelines; 📍Manage and maintain communication with multiple domains' stakeholders to balance schedules, interests, timelines, and expectations; 📍Ensure that projects are delivered on-time; 📍Resolve problems related to project execution; 📍Define required processes to be set up and manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques; 📍Identify any potential risks in the assigned projects and adopt project management/SDLC framework; 📍Conduct project post-mortem meetings to identify key learning to be shared across the firm.
Who We Are Looking For
📍At least 5 years related experience required 📍Proven project management experience in Scrum framework. 📍Strong critical thinking, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. 📍Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills. 📍Good in writing documentation and attention to detail.
